Acceptance and scope

By using the CrowWay website or app, you agree to these terms. If you use CrowWay through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, that platform may also require you to accept separate terms.

CrowWay provides route-planning and route-organization tools. Availability, features, limits, prices, screenshots, store listings, and supported integrations may change over time.

Route planning and safety

CrowWay can help order stops and estimate route distances, but it does not guarantee travel time, road legality, road safety, delivery performance, emergency suitability, or the availability or accuracy of third-party maps, roads, traffic, or navigation services.

You are responsible for following traffic laws, road signs, vehicle restrictions, workplace rules, customer requirements, weather conditions, and platform navigation instructions. Do not interact with the app in an unsafe way while driving.

Accounts, purchases, and subscriptions

Premium features may be offered as paid subscriptions or purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. Final local pricing, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, payment method, and billing support are handled by the applicable store unless CrowWay clearly states otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your device, store account, and app access secure. CrowWay may change or discontinue free or paid features as allowed by law and store rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with hosting or app infrastructure, scrape or reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass limits, upload malicious content, or use CrowWay in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Do not use CrowWay to track another person without lawful authority and appropriate consent.

Third-party services

CrowWay may rely on or link to Apple, Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, map providers, address search providers, email providers, and navigation services. Those services are independent and are governed by their own terms and policies.

Third-party service interruptions, map errors, store changes, payment failures, or account restrictions may affect CrowWay features.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowWay is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, route accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowWay and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel delays, missed deliveries, or third-party service failures.
